You should visit Piedmont Cancer Center off Howell Mill Rd before Thursday. Shana is the dietician and she taught me so much. She would be able to help you get prepared for when you get home from the hospital. Also, the acupuncturist there was amazing. He helped my dad stay more comfortable dealing with chemo side effects. Also, there is a cookbook we used that told you different things to make for all types of chemo side effects – I will find out the name and get it to you. We used the recipes for what to eat if you have mouth sores and nausea a lot.

I am not sure if I will be getting chemo the whole time but since it is heavy duty, they want be there to watch me. How are you doing?? Any tips for me?

Wow, 5 days of chemo, in the hospital, sounds radical. I’m so glad you’ve got family to lean on. I don’t know what I can do for you, but name it and it is done – in the meantime I’ll pray. xo.
