		<description><![CDATA[I grew up with eggs and chickens and beef that were free ranged.  I know that my parents and grandparents had no idea that they were serving something that was good for us.  Also ate a lot of fresh vegetables (Honey had a garden).  I still like raw vegetable better then cooked.  I love hearing what you are fixing for dinner and what you are suppose to eat, gives me ideas.  Let us know how it tasted, love lots,lots,lots Momee]]></description>
